Returns and Exchanges

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items sold through our website. We kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

Exceptional Cases

In extremely rare situations where a return must be made, we will assess the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please note that such exceptions are subject to the following conditions:

  • Unopened Items: Only unopened items with an intact seal will be eligible for consideration for return.
  • Restocking Fee: If a return is approved, a 10% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs in cases where returns are accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued for the product's cost minus the restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred.

Damaged Packages

We guarantee the safe delivery of all items ordered. If you receive a damaged package, we are here to help!

  • If the package is damaged before opening, please refrain from opening it and instead email us a picture of the package along with a brief description of the damage.
  • If you have opened the package and the items inside appear to be damaged, please avoid breaking the product's seal and send us a picture of the damaged items immediately.
  • Products with a broken or tampered seal may not be covered under our policy.

Manufacturer Defects

If you receive a sealed trading card product that is missing items, has a printing error, or includes unrelated cards or pieces, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. Orb Sports Cards and Collectibles is not responsible for manufacturing defects and cannot provide replacements for missing cards or parts.

For manufacturer defects, please refer to the respective company's support resources.

Return Process (For Approved Returns Only)

  1. Contact Customer Support at support@orbsportscards.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Package all returns carefully and securely in a box, bubble mailer, or the original packaging.

  3. Include the original order invoice or a note with your Order ID so we can locate your order in our system.

  4. Address your return to:

  5. Drop the package off at your designated carrier’s location. For returns exceeding $500, we recommend signature confirmation.

  6. Once we receive your package, we will confirm receipt via email and process your refund or exchange. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to five (5) business days to be posted to your account.
