Shipping Schedule

Our online store operates 24/7, and we process and ship orders Monday at 10 AM PST through Friday at 2 PM PST, excluding select holidays. Orders for products without shipping restrictions will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. If your order has not been fulfilled within this timeframe (excluding weekends, major holidays, and preorders), please contact us at support@orbsportscards.com.

Cost of Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Orders valued at $1,000 and up qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska).
  • Carrier-Calculated Shipping Rates: For all orders under $1,000, shipping costs are determined at checkout based on real-time carrier rates via Shopify. This ensures the most accurate and cost-effective pricing for your shipment.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, and Other Islands: Orders shipped to these locations are subject to separate shipping rates based on carrier-calculated costs at checkout.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their respective countries. These charges are separate from product prices and shipping fees at checkout. We recommend reviewing your country’s customs regulations and associated costs before placing an order.

Order Processing & Shipment

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most shipments will be processed within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this processing time is an estimate and may vary based on order volume or other factors.

Preorders

Orders containing preorder items will not be shipped until all items in the order are available for processing. To receive your items sooner, we recommend:

  • Placing preorders separately from other items or preorders with different release dates.
  • If all items in an order are shipped together, tracking will not be updated until the final item reaches its processing date (typically close to the official release date).
  • Release dates for preorder items can be found on the respective product page under its description.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment via USPS, UPS, or other carriers used for delivery. Delivery times vary based on destination, weight, item count, and carrier delays.

Signature Confirmation

  • Orders valued at $500+ will be shipped with signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.
  • All shipments require tracking, but orders under $500 do not require a signature unless requested.

Lost & Stolen Packages

Orb Sports Cards and Collectibles guarantees safe delivery until the package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • We do not refund or replace orders marked as delivered.
  • If a package is lost before being marked as delivered, we will assist in opening an inquiry with the carrier.
  • If you need special accommodations (such as specific carriers or signature confirmation on orders under $500), please contact us before placing your order at support@orbsportscards.com.
