Preorder - Disney Lorcana: Whispers in the Well Starter Deck (Amber & Emerald)

Preorder item. Preorders open October 18th, 2025 and orders will be ready for pickup Nov 7th or shipping on November 14th, 2025.

To play Disney Lorcana, each player will need a deck of sixty cards. Ready-to-play starter decks contain a preconstructed deck with a specific card list. If you’re new to trading card games, or if you want to experience the game with a deck designed and tested by Team Lorcana, this is a good place to start.
Contents:
• 1 starter deck of 60 cards, including 2 foil cards of the characters on the package front.
• 11 paper damage counters
• 1 paper playmat
• 1 paper tracker token
• 1 Quickstart rulebook
• 1 Bonus booster pack of 12 randomized cards.

What a preorder is
Preorders reserve incoming inventory before release. Release/prerelease dates are publisher estimates and can shift.

Payment timing
Payment is captured at checkout to reserve your allocation.

One order = one ship date
If your order mixes items with different release dates, we ship when all items are available. Want items sooner? Place separate orders. Optional Split-Ship add-on at checkout.

Processing & pickup

• Processing window: Mon–Sat, 10:00am–2:00pm PT.

• Orders ship within 48 business hours after stock arrives and passes QC.

• Local pickup: typically ready the next business day after product is in store (email notification sent).

Release-date compliance
We ship to arrive on/after the publisher’s allowed date. Local pickup begins on the release/prerelease date when product is ready.

Allocations & shortfalls
If publishers/distributors reduce our allocation, we fulfill FIFO (first-in, first-out). Any unfillable quantities receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.

Price changes
Preorder prices may rise or fall prior to release. No price adjustments on existing orders and we don’t cancel due to price increases.

Cancellations & changes

• From purchase until 10 calendar days before release/prerelease: cancel/edit with 10% service fee or free as store credit (no fee).

• Inside 10 calendar days of release/prerelease: orders are final—no cancellations or changes.
  (Fees cover non-refunded payment-processor costs and planning/handling.)

Address changes
Allowed until 10 days before release; after that, follow the cancellation policy above.

Order limits & fraud
Per-customer limits may apply. We may cancel suspected duplicate/fraud/retail-arbitrage orders.

Damages/Factory errors
We replace/refund for shipping damage to sealed boxes (report within 48 hours with photos). Manufacturer collation/contents issues are handled via the publisher’s support.

Combining orders
We don’t auto-combine. Requests within the same day may be approved case-by-case; excess shipping refunded if combined.

Force majeure
Carrier delays, weather, or publisher schedule changes don’t void this policy; we’ll keep you updated.
